Customer Care Executive

Requirements for the Business support Executives.

1. Designation – Business support executive.

2. Candidates have to attend & answer the queries of our customers through calls & Emails related to our Business.

3. They will be trained under calls, emails & the software’s we work on.

4. Good in communication & Fluency in English.

5. Basic knowledge in  Excel

6. Require 5 agents (Only Female candidates).

7. Working between 8 am to 7 pm in 2 shifts.

1. Shift 1 is between 8 am to 5 pm.

2. Shift 2 is between 10 am to 7 pm.

8. Self-transportation.

9. Agents have to be flexible to work in both the shifts.

10. Working between Monday to Saturday.

11. Week off - Sunday

12. Most preferred are fresher's.

13. The Take home salary is between 17k per month (for fresher) i.e., can go up to 19k for those who have at least 1 year experience with good communication.
