Skills Required: 
1. Good command of spoken and written English, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and partner organizations. 
2. Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Excel required; general offices skills such as data processing, filing, emailing, and faxing. 
3. Detailed-oriented, with exceptional organizational and customer service skills. 
4. General understanding of spreadsheets & database applications preferred 
Job Responsibilities: 
-  You will be part of the Data Entry team and will be reporting to the Team Lead for Logging/Data Entry; supporting the business in the form of Data Entry and Research. 
-  Type in data provided directly from various sources. 
- Respond to inquiries as needed to resolve problems to maintain quality customer service and records management standards. 
- Real estate data extraction & entry. 
- New database creation, updation of existing data, capturing of data. 
- Meet daily production expectations to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner. • Offline and online data entry services
