Job description

FE Payout:

* Lunch Peak - 12 p.m - 3 p.m.

Dinner Peak - 7 p.m - 11 p.m.

* Min G - Minimum Guarantee

* Points - One pick up / Drop

1. Daily MinG: Rs 400. Terms and Conditions for MinG :

11 hours login between 11:00 am to 11:00 pm
Minimum of 10 points
Denials+Cancellations<=1
Idle Hours<=10%

2. Weekly MinG: Rs 3500. Terms and Conditions:

60 hour login (Weekday + Weekend)
Minimum 30 hours login during weekend(Fri - Sunday)
Out of 30 hours, 20 hours should be in peak(Lunch + Dinner)
40 hours should be in peak during weekday(Monday - Thursday) out of which 20 hours should be in peak.(Lunch+ Dinner).
Security amount will be 1500 rs. This amount is non-refundable.

3 Base Pay Per Point: Rs 18

4.Bonus Point Base Pay: Rs 18

5. Daily Incentive applicable:

Weekday

8 Points = Rs 100/-

16 Points = Rs 150/-

26 Points = Rs 300/-

40 Points = Rs 450/-

Weekend

10 Points = Rs 120/

20 Points = Rs 180/-

30 Points = Rs 350/-

45 Points = Rs 500/-
