Job description

The payout applicable for them is Rs 3500/week (completing 60hrs/week), this is the minimum guaranteed amount based on below conditions:

MinG condition:

Login from 11am-11pm (10hrs)
Denials+Cancellations <=1 in a week
No merchant complaints
No bootcash tickets (have to keep 1000/- in pocket)

Shift Timings - 11am-11pm. 2hrs off between 3pm-7pm

Bank account of Gramin bank will not be considered.

Job duties:

Drivers will work as independent contractors (Business Associates) & will not be on the company's payroll.

Runnrs will get the delivery orders (Food Delivery / Laundry / Grocery / Pharmaceuticals ) from various merchants, tied up with Runnr, in the assigned locality, with a median distance of 4.5 km from their current location.

They need to login to their Runnr app for doing orders (Android 4.4 + req)

DBs are required to go to the merchant place, pick up the order & deliver it at the customer's place.
