Job Description :1. Find and convert clients that are interested in opening stock trading accounts through direct sales (face to face), cold calling, networking, your own data/sources, and references.
2. If you are experienced in this industry, you will have to display a productive strategy for sourcing and
converting from your old/existing client base, or by acquiring data of existing investors in the market
and meeting and convincing them to avail our service.
3. Managing your converted clients on a day to day basis.
4. Find and add new prospects on a regular basis, and to convert them into clients within reasonable
time(3-4 weeks for new prospects, 7-10 days for existing prospects)
5. Have a customer-first approach and ensure that the customer is serviced well.
6. Ensure that the customer trades actively after opening of the trading account.
7. To understand customer's financial goals, and advise them on how we can fulfill those needs.
8. Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advise them on asset allocation within their
portfolio and guide them on Buy, Sell or hold strategy.
9. Build a pipeline of clients and prospects that continue to increase revenue and assets under management
month by month.
