Installation of software & Applications.
Outlook configuration.
Printer Installation sharing device & Printer.
Troubleshoot hardware issues & resolve in timely manner.
Taking precautionary steps to keep all systems Uptime to maximum.
User Profile backup & Configuration into new system
User creation and deletion in active directory, Mapping the folder, sharing Printers, data access permission
Follow escalation process
