Troubleshoot for IT Hardware related issues that an employee may face in an office
• Install and troubleshoot all Microsoft windows operating systems currently used. ( XP, Win7, Win8, Win 10).
• Install and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, branded and assembled, printer servers.
• Knowledge on Active Directory
• Ability to hook-up and troubleshoot Internet connectivity on PCs/ Networks.
• Basic knowledge on networking.
• Basic knowledge of Copper /Fiber.
• Knowledge about WI-FI & Modem Configuration
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Should be able to work with Team
