• Minimum Graduation qualification is the must.
• MBA Freshers are welcomed
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Knowing Bengali, Marathi, Gujarti, Odia will be an additional advantage
• Any domain sales profiles would do
• Any banking process/customer service profiles would do
• BPO background people working in Banking process would do
• Last year pass outs MBA (Excellent communication skills)
• BE/ B Tech who have experience in sales / Voice processes
