Job Description:

Ensures that all the requests, queries and complaints of channel partners are responded to in a timely and professionally.
Attend to Assigned Service Tickets on a daily basis.& updating MIS report
Provide Product Demonstration for a Premium range of products to Channel Partners as & when required travelling to Customer / Dealer locations.
Taking ownership of customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction with proper solutions in line with company standards & policies
