Responsibilities and Duties
- Exploratory testing and integration of new Medical Devices.
- Understanding of Basic Metallic and Non Metallic Fabrication processes for ease of integration of EEE systems into YOLO Products.
- Building in-house Jigs, Test-setups, Sensor setups and commercialisation ready devices.
- Work from grounds up on all Electrical and Electronic Systems for the company.
- Liaison with Vendors, Fabricators, Manufacturers and OEMs for Components, Services and parts. Good knowledge of Local Pune/Mumbai Vendors and general awareness of Large entities in aforementioned segments around India.
- Inter-dept proficiency, with ability to liaison with Manufacturing, Mechanical, Software and Procurement teams.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
PCB
• Fabrication and assembly drawings, manufacturing panels, pick-and-place data
• Bill of materials (BoM), engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Prototype Assembly & Testing
• Project Documentation (Datasheet, Application Notes, Production Notes etc.) • •
• Coordination between schematic, planning, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments.
• Coordinate with PCB Fabricator & Resolving their Queries.
• Make Dimensional overview for Cabinet makers.
• Good Knowledge for preparing Pick & Place Data
HARDWARE SKILL
• Good exposer on pin to pin soldering of all types SMD IC’s like as LQFP, QFN and other electronic components.
• Familiar in Hardware products testing and preparation of hardware tools for Product testing.
• Good knowledge of repairing the hardware with the help of Schematic diagram.
• Good exposer on BoM and Schematic designing.
• Familiar of hardware tools like DSO, Multi-meter etc
