Role: SMT Operator cum Production Incharge
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Setup and operate pick and place machine, manual and semi-automatic stencil printer and reflow oven and manage manpower.
2. Program the machine using the pick and place file and/or manually with due consideration to component received.
3. Plan production, job distribution to achieve the production target.
4. Basic preventive maintenance of machines.
