Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing meetings, taking and maintaining the MoM
  • Responding to correspondences over the phone and email. take care of the hospitality and travel of the management, staff, and other officials.
  • Making presentations and reports and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains administrative staff by delegating the work
  • Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Take care of all admin tasks
