Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. 3. Manages contacts using Outlook to conduct up-to-date database entry. Writes error-free, emails and letters for various suppliers, customers, factory etc. 4. Uses Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce materials for internal and external meetings and conferences. MIS / Report Management. 5. Provide Executive-Level administrative support to the Director of Company. Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas and itineraries. 6. Respond to email enquiries and phone calls 7. Manage and maintain the Director Diary and email account 8. Handling of confidential information and participation in Sr. Management level meetings as and when required. 10. Handle all confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact and diplomacy.
