The position is responsible for direct selling from the shop in terms of corporate and bulk orders.
Meeting with corporate to obtain regular orders for daily in-house consumption. Obtaining bulk orders during festivals and special occasions. Meeting hotel chefs & F&B Managers for their rooms and banquets/restaurant requirements
Exploring other sale opportunities during events such as concerts, shows, etc. Responsible for collections from corporate and other bulk orders.
