2) Reporting of new technical challenges faced in the field.
3) Maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues reported at stores
4) Maintain a record of actions at each store visit in CRM software
5) Good technical, computer hardware networking skills combined with decent communication skills
6) Smart individual with technical skills in computer hardware networking for the purpose of onboarding partner retail stores (installations) and providing technical support to these partner stores
