Job Responsibilities -
Day to day responsibility involves sourcing candidates on field and registering them on the website entering their basic details and maintaining their records on sheets.
Scheduling the registered candidates for interview drives at the client location.
Providing stats of the sourcing done on field, online and other sources to the operations manager.
Understanding the job description of the client and develop sourcing strategies for the same.
Maintaining sheets to keep a track of the scheduled candidates and following up with them after the interview drive.
