• Meeting Architects and Builders (New and Existing) and maintaining good relations with them
• Calling and Scheduling meet with Customers for Enquires generated through website/Calls/SMS (Call Centre leads)
•Technical Understanding of Products offerings from company.
• Knowledge of territory of operation • Knowledge about competitors’ products
• Presentation of Products to Customers/ Pitching the benefits of company
• Pitching for the right kind of product/Solution to a customer depending on his needs • Conducting an initial survey of the site of installation
• Preparing Quotations on Window Maker software after initial survey of the customer location
• Negotiating with Customer and meeting price expectations
• Generate referrals from satisfied clients by staying in touch with them post sales.
• Handle Customer Complaints
