150 onboardings - 20k CTC
180 onboardings - 25k CTC
210 onboardings - 30k CTC
240 onboardings - 35k CTC
You'll be paid 100Rs per onboardings in between these slabs. For Example: If you do 179 Onboardings, you'll be paid 20k for 150 Onboardings and 2,900 for 29 additional onboardings.
Additional to this, you'll be paid 1 Rs for every transaction their merchants do. For Example: If you onboard 150 merchants in month 1 and all of them do at least 10 transactions every month, you'll get paid 1,500 Rs as incentives. This is not provided by any of the competitor companies.
