Market Understanding :
1. Exhaustive district mapping & market racky, identifying important mandis and retailers
2. Sharing of MIS about market conditions, what's selling and what may sell in next month.
3. Keep an eye on what products are moving from his counter & Inform about any gap in terms of
products, prices, packs ,etc
2) Onboarding and scaling retailers:
4. Educating all prospect retailers about our Company and understanding their requirements.
5. Build confidence and trust of retailers by being the face of the company on ground and
increase sales from word of mouth.
6. Onboard new retailers from new markets, build and maintain a relationship with them via
regular on ground meetings
7. End to end management of retailers post on-boarding until 3-4 orders are made and
successfully delivered. Addressing all anxiety and pain points of retailers on a daily basis.
