Roles and responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for selling the Health/Insurance Packages to customers within the 3-4 KM radius of given hospital.
- "Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods.
- Developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Building productive long-lasting customer relationships.
- Generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal targets.
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to the Field Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with other Field Sales Executives and the Field Sales Manager to ensure effective coordination in the achievement of organizational goals.
