To recruit and handle a team of associate partner / business partner
•Develop the required team through training, coaching, team management and support
•To provide operational support to AP in terms of business, issuance, advisor licensing
•Recruitment of new Advisors through Business associates
•Team handling and people management through grooming, mentoring, training, developing and being a role model.
