Job description of Fleet Executive:-
Roles & Responsibility:
Serving bikes to customers (Pick-up)
• Receiving bikes from customers (Drop-off)
• Maintaining quality of bikes by taking the vehicle to service center or local mechanic
• Attend vehicle breakdowns, reach out to customers in crisis and help them
• Maintain log of all bookings served
• Maintain log of all bikes, their odometer readings, documents
• Attend customer enquiry calls for your location
What you need to have
• Passion to serve customers
• Love riding bikes (definitely Driving License)
• Ability to start a discussion with customers of different languages, cultures and
backgrounds
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to coordinate with the team and get work done
• Commitment to complete assigned work on a daily basis
