This role is an Individual Contribution Role that requires the person to continuously track supply and act swiftly on issues/incidents by talking and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and customers. |
| A smart and hands-on person who owns coverage metrics and track/trace the guard's location and their performance on a live basis |
Should be alert all the time during duty and immediately attend the SOS and resolve on an urgent basis. Ensure none of the SOS is left attended. |
| Coordinate with agencies, field managers, and guards and resolve the patrolling issues and beat coverage |
| Generate regular reports and publish them to management promptly |
| Very quick learner and smart guy who execute and finishes the job immediately |
| Training of guards regularly, evaluate their understanding, and validate by mock tests. |
Should be hands-on with the System knowledge. Should possess skills to follow through the dashboard and get the metrics tracked continuously. |
Quick thinking and ownership. This job will involve having guys/ladies who can think out of the box to solve an emergency and help guards ensure that the subscriber is protected all the time. |

| 1) Google Sheets / Excel Sheet Skills - Basic |
| 2) Team player and willing to collaborate to deliver the results |
| 3) Basic Data Analysis Skills |
| 4) Should be able to speak Hindi, English, and Kannada fluently |
| 5) Should be well versed with the usage of computer system |
