Job Position: Freelancer Sales Executive, BDE, Marketing Executive, Real Estate Consultant
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Commission based
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for nurturing and hand-holding prospective leads, with continuous engagement, in a pleasant and efficient manner, and ensuring closure of leads into Bookings.
Responsibilities
· Leading conversion of existing leads into business and driving them through the sales process.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by new Clients.
· Understanding of the B2B form of business.
· Experience reaching or exceeding monthly activity goals/quotas.
· Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
· Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory/channel.
Qualifications
· Master's/Bachelor's degree 2 - 7 years of experience in related field Proficient in making leads.
· Looking for a skilled salesperson who has a good understanding of the interior design industry / corporate real estate. (Preferred)
· Manage businesses’ needs/expectations in line with company guidelines to ensure win/win relation
· Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.
