Job responsibilities:
- Front face of the organization at hub
- Customers’ point of contact & will attend the customer and get his/her basic profile updated
in the system
- Allocates RMs basis the visit count and basic profile mentioned by the customer
- Capture feedback of customers
- Also, work as point of contact for inside sales team (for any kind of query)
Job requirements:
- Good communication, presentable & customer handling skills
- Females from hospitality or front management background
- Graduation or equivalent
- 1-3 years of similar experience
- Willing to work in 6 days work environment (1 weekly off during Monday through Thursday)
