Greet all guest courteously and make them comfortable while waiting at the reception
Manage the incoming and outgoing calls requests efficiently, and transfer call, message for the concerned team / person
Maintain couriers, Visitors outgoing & incoming records
Manage the meeting room bookings and occupancy
Ordering monthly / weekly supplies
Supervising all house-keeping Assistants and branch maintenance.
Maintain and Handle contact sheet manage the travel arrangements, including hotels, car, air, road and rail etc. (bookings, bill checks etc.)
Vendor management for stationery, travel agents, courier agents, and all allied third party service providers, negotiation with the vendor and take charge of AMCs
Make Purchase Order as required
Assist HR for interview schedules and onboarding
Execute employee engagement activities
Handling Salary Bank account opening for employees
Handling Co-operate Tie ups for the employee benefits
