Have a steep learning curve of Cloud Computing, data Science, big Data, etc. Have a big Say in all the tech decisions - choosing frameworks, data modelling, how to build internal/external web-services.
While working in React.js and Node.js with Javascript, you should also have some sort of Database experience. MongoDB is preferred, but a knowledge of at least one other is acceptable.
