1) As a Gold DSR ( Sales Representative ), you’ll be responsible for managing Sales, Cash Collection, Credit Control & Team Management, and developing Sales Reps to Manager Multi-brand products.
2) Should have prior experience into General Trade Segment or Trader Trade Segment along with experience into MT, Institutional sales & HoReCa would be added advantage.
3) Should have experience into new product launch and training team on the same,
4) Drive Weekly /Monthly/ Quarterly targets among the team and ensuring Sales Targets are met.
5) Should create the base of active retailers and focus on major non-active to active conversion.
6) Should identify potential Wholesalers, Bulk Buyers in the market for Sales.
7) Should be able to closely watch on the performance of Areas, Brand, Product, and Sales Rep in the market and try to improve performance level.
8) Follow-up and Sync with RSM/SO /Distribution team for promotional prices, Discounts .and product gap in your deputed areas.
9) Drives Salesman app education and enables hassle-free uses among the team
10) Drive Product training, Offers & Discounts on sales promotions.
11) Manage & Cascade business targets among his team member as per pin-code or on focused beat execution plan or improving individual capacity.
12) Helps Sales Reps to resolve market-related queries and helps to focus more on Store visits, collection, and payments follow-ups along with increasing store count.
13) Become field coach for his team for maximum productivity and market coverage.
14)Able to handle quires from the market and ensure that it is get resolved with coordination from the distribution team.
15) Support to HR for Recruitment in Sales Executives to make the best Sales team
