Ground handling we have 3 departments mainly into operations. They r customer service, security and Ramp.
Customer service :-
Providing customer service to the customer right from entry into airport for checkin at origin station till they step out at destination.
Security:-
Ensuring security is maintained strictly as per BCAS standards.
Ramp:-
Supervision of operations at Tarmac and to ensure flight departs ontime with safety and security..
This is consultancy. So you paid for the job before joining.
Once you get offen letter you will pay 2month salary
