Job Role: - Tech Sales Associate
Responsibilities and Duties
· Assisting international clients for Windows / MAC / IOS / Printer / Router / Antivirus related issues.
· Troubleshooting and selling the relevant plan & software
· Closing calls and taking payment.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Candidates must have good communication in English.
· Candidates must have Experience in Technical Support(Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
· German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
· Should be flexible in working in Night shift
· Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs
· Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week
