Job description
· Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
· Calling active and budding candidates to encourage the registrations for training and internship.
· Taking daily follow up of the candidates.
· Addressing candidate’s uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
· Noting important details of each conversation.
· Maintaining tracker in a neat and detailed format.
· Communicating registrations to Admin to for further procedure.
· Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts for registrations.
· Providing counseling to the candidates, either telephonically or personally.
· Attending walk-in candidates.
· Conducting each responsibility with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
