Job purpose:
An HR administrator is a human resources generalist responsible for supporting a business within every area of human resources, including recruitment and employee relations.

Job Description:
- Drafting Job Description
- Resume screening, Scheduling Interview, finalizing formalities of selected candidates
- Performing Background checks
- Employee and labor relations
- Editing documents and presentations
- Entering and updating employee information into company databases
- preparing employment packages
- Handling benefits information, and processing termination paperwork.
- Issuing HR Circulars and Various Employee Letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter etc.
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Attendance
- PF
- Payroll
- Ticket Bookings
- Incentives
- HR Software – Employee login, HR Login, Admin login, Employee Master Data Updation, Organisation Structure, Biometric Attendance, Performance Appraisal System, etc..
- UBER/Ola
- Timing Register
Skills & Specialization :
- Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll manager
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software’s and databases
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; BSc MBA in HR, accounting or relevant field is a plus
