1. Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
2. Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent for the
company
3. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using
newsgroups and job sites
4. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
5. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
