Manage employees by setting up company policies and recruit suitable candidates
- Urgent Requirement for HR Executive position.
- Overseeing general HR functions .
- Making attendance and leave report, employee insurance and reimbursements.
- Co ordinate with Recruitment Consultant to schedule interviews with Technical team.
- Taking approval and releasing offer letter.
- Follow up with the candidates and take care of joining formalities.
