Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full hiring cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and coordinating for interviews.
- Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Junior, Middle and Seniors etc.
- Maintaining reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+Diploma or Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Proven Minimum 6 months experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
