· Candidate should have 1+ year’s good knowledge in pre- recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening and short listing of candidates.
- Should be responsible for End to End recruitment.
- Optimal use of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, headhunting, reference etc.
- Should have the knowledge in initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience and Education.
- Must have the ability to coordinate with Client & candidates for a smooth flow in selection process.
- Once candidate got selected follow-up with them to ensure joining.
- Should have a good professional network.
- Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
- Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
- Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
- Must be smart and dedicated in work.
