Responsibilities:
- Delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
- Managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- Employing digital recruiting resources
- Overseeing various administrative duties
- Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Leading interviews
- Readying internal recommendations
Requirements:
- This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
- Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems
- 1+ year of experience
- Corporate Recruiting experience desired
- Expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting
- HR (Human Resources) experience
- You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
