• Responsible for Recruitment Cycle, End to End recruitment
• Taking initial round of interview over the phone and face to face as well
• Provide recruitment reports to senior management.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and pre-screening the candidates once identified as a shortlist.
• Joining formalities, Induction, training & development, full and final settlement.
