Job Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible for end to end hiring.
- Strong in sourcing profiles from job portals.
- Identify recruitment priorities and develops a strategy to fill the openings.
- Experience in bulk hiring and scheduling interview on a regular basis, and finally brings in talent on-board.
- Develops creative sourcing techniques to close the requirement
- Perform Initial Screening and conducting preliminary interviews for potential candidates.
- Represent the company in Campus Interviews & Job fairs
Required Skills:- Prior experience in the Human Resource Recruitment of any organization.
- Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
- Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases.
- Hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of all job descriptions being applied for along with the requirements and responsibilities that comes with them.
- Level headed attitude with attention to detail.
