Previous experience in a customer support role – inbound calls at least for 6 months to 1 year
Track record of achieving targets and aware of metrics like AHT, Missed calls percentage, CSAT
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task between multiple platforms as and when required.
Fungible to operate across other platforms like chat/email
