Job description


  • Previous experience in a customer support role – inbound calls at least for 6 months to 1 year

  • Track record of achieving targets and aware of metrics like AHT, Missed calls percentage, CSAT

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multi-task between multiple platforms as and when required.

  • Fungible to operate across other platforms like chat/email
