Responsibilities -
Regular follow up’s with Retailers / Customers
Lead generation through cold calling
Pitch retailers for the business model and solve their business FAQ and queries.
Handle escalations with our partner's team.
Manage day-to-day Call Quality.
Skills:
Tele Sales, Customer Support, Tele Operations, Tele Business Development experience will be a plus.
It should be street smart to tackle on-ground issues.
Basic knowledge of google sheet, Excel.
Able to manage escalations.
