Responsibilities:
Contact leads via phone, emails and webchat.
Qualify, nurture leads and walk leads through an "Assisted Buying" experience till closure.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns into sales opportunities.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer adoption/satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Collaborate and help Product and Marketing teams with feedback.
Build reports to present to the manager.
Requirements:
Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent clarity in communication.
Ability to deliver engaging product demos.
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Experience with CRM software.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Highly energetic and self motivated individual with a drive to reach for the sky.
