Job description

Receiving Inbound calls- from customer.
• providing details of the product to customers needs.
• Enter customer data in CRM and update status accordingly.
• Share daily call report on what's app accordingly share weekly and monthly report on weekly and monthly basis.
• Show demo for direct customer.
• Receive payment from customer and forward payment copy to accounts department.
• Raise purchase order.
