Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and approach customers as they enter the store.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Product Promotion:
- Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct live demonstrations or distribute samples when applicable.
Sales Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Merchandising:
- Ensure products are well-displayed, clean, and visually appealing.
- Restock promotional items as needed.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for process improvement.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Provide daily or weekly sales reports to supervisors.
Compliance and Standards:
- Adhere to store policies, promotional guidelines, and safety standards.
- Maintain professionalism and a tidy workspace at all times.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or a promotional role.
- Skills:
