• Recruit and Train , Mentor Team of Life Insurance Advisors.
• Handhold the advisors in prospecting clients and assist/guide them for developing business.
• Training, motivating & providing update market information.
• Drive Team for Sales Target.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
*The Eligibility criteria is : Education : 12th pass or Any Graduate
*Age between 28 – 45 years
*1 Year Experience in Insurance sale.
*Must have Sold 20 policies in a Year
Salary , Benefits , Incentives and Commission
• Lucrative Incentives Schemes over and above salary.
• Commission upto 40% on the business done by DM ,20% to 30% on the business done by agents appointed.
• Reimbursements - Conveyance & Cell Phone Expenses ( 36,000 p.a).
• Laptop and a data card , data card will be provided to DM.
• Medi claim Insurance : Hospitalization expenses shall be reimbursed for Self and up to 5 dependents on a family floater basis.
• Life Insurance : They are eligible for a Life cover of Rs 10,00,000/- which is effective from their DOJ
