• Conducting daily internal store audits in our stores .
• Preparing the monthly Matrix/Audit Report for ensuring audit comments are clear, concise and focused on the root cause of the issue.
• Review of functions of the business on monthly basis Eg product variance
• Involved in preparation of Business procedures documentation.
• Developing key process flowcharts & audit programs for various business processes.
• Coordinating and participating in the completion of audit test procedures
