• Call Analyzer & Transcribers are responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.
• Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.
• Listen recorded calls in US Accent and summarize feedback in text format.
• Reporting back to Supervisors on daily basis.
• Ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
This is NIGHT SHIFT and WORK FROM OFFICE role. Understanding of US Accent is MUST.
