JD:-
1.Knowledge of various equipments of packing like Blister, Strip pack, Alu-Alu blister, Auto-cartonator, track and trace and barcode machine.
2.To review Standard operating procedure of Packaging equipment and process.
3.To review and execute the qualification/validation document and process of equipment and product.
4.To prepare/ review of batch packaging records.
5.To communicate with engineering department for calibration activity, breakdown or preventive maintenance.
6.To plan packaging activity along with man power arrangements.
7.To handle and review change control, deviation, risk assessment, CAPA.
8.To perform investigation and prepare investigation report.
9.To complete packaging activity within the time limit.
10.To maintain cGMP working culture during packaging process.
11.To provide manufacturing status to Department/ Plant head.
12.To prepare investigation report in-case of deviation or incident.
13.To ensure continuous improvement of an organization.
To ensure all activity data recording shall be done online.
Salary-up to 2.20 LPA + Both Side cab facility,
