· Well versed with tools like Galileo / Amadeus and Handling Corporate queries.
· Be responsible for providing customer support to clients related to reservation, ticketing and booking.
· Ticketing (both Domestic & International), maintain of ticket request sheets/register and Visa documentation, billing for clients.
