1. Proven working experience as an Architect.
2. Must have work experience of Residential and Commerical Projects
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software like Autocad
5. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
6. Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
7. Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering
